Description
The goal of this Grand Challenge is to catalyse a portfolio of execution-ready food products that combine nutritional efficacy (particularly iron delivery), high consumer acceptability and desirability, scalability across diverse Indian contexts, and daily consumability. Areas of interest include product innovation and design (e.g., ~4-5 mg iron per serving), aspirational positioning, behavioural insights integration, delivery/scalability, and modern packaging.
